Systems & Data Operations Analyst

The Data Operations & Systems Analyst will act as the Field teams’ advocate, administrator, and subject matter expert for the Field Tech Stack and data operations. The analyst will also assist with data operations and hygiene to ensure accurate reporting and assist with strategic Tech Stack planning to scale and build the next level of resources needed to meet our business goals around AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience (Saas preferred)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, versatile and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in data analysis (excel is a must)
• Data visualization experience (tableau preferred)
• A.I. literacy for business use cases (preferred)
• CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
• Procurement and vendor management experience (a plus)
• Process mapping and flow chart experience a must (Miro experience preferred)
• Project mgmt experience (preferred)
