Application Engineer - Customer Experience

The Application Engineer - Customer Experience will provide technical expertise to support the sale and deployment of Context Labs' platform products to customers. This individual will bridge the gap between sales teams, customers, and product teams, and provide solutions to complex data integration and transformation challenges.

Requirements

• Provide technical expertise and perspective to the sales representative(s) to help identify customer objectives and evaluate readiness and product fit throughout the sales process.
• Lead platform demonstrations to Senior Executives from potential customer companies to support the sales team in displaying the capabilities of the Context Labs' platform.
• Help the customer and Context Labs' delivery teams to define technical and scoping requirements for planning and managing successful deployments.
