Job Description
Contextual AI is revolutionizing AI by solving AI's most critical challenge: context. We're hiring a Solutions Architect to join our GTM team and sell into Global 2000 organizations deploying generative AI solutions in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, infrastructure, or similar industries in a technical capacity with end-customer engagement
- Proficiency in data infrastructure and modern machine learning tools
- Proficiency with coding languages Python, Typescript or similar languages at a production level
- Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support in customer calls & interactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter and ability to operate independently and at high-velocity
- Clear customer empathy and intellectual curiosity
