Assembler - 2nd shift

Continental Disc Corporation has nearly 60 years' experience engineering and manufacturing rupture discs, valves and flame control products that protect the lives of our customers and our environment.

Requirements

• assemble, laps seats, sets and test product per manufacturer standards
• complete test reports
• seal and tag valves
• trim Teflon
• clean rupture disc and holder parts
• cut outside diameters of rupture discs
• spot weld components
• operate presses and other required equipment
• use co-bots and other automated and robotic equipment
• proof pressure and leak tests
• inspect completed rupture disc assemblies
• assemble units and prepare them for shipping
• perform any listed essential functions in a high-volume repetitive manner
• utilize and supervise the performance of automated machines
• assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing machine performance issues
• comply with company productivity and quality requirements
• operate forklift when and as needed
