Welder

Continental Disc Corporation is seeking a Welder to join their team. The Welder will be responsible for welding part assemblies of the highest quality and in the safest and most cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a certificate in welding, and at least 6 months of tig, mig, or arc welding experience.

Requirements

• Review drawings and instructions
• Prioritize orders
• Perform layouts
• Position, align and fit components together
• Bolt, clamp and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
• Set up weld schedules, equipment, and weld parts using manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload and business need
