Job Description
Continental is seeking a Mould Supervisor to lead a team to ensure timely mould changes, adherence to safety, 5S, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in mould/bladder change and team supervision in shift-based production.
Requirements
- SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in mould/bladder change and team supervision in shift-based production
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and ability to work with engineering and production teams
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety and quality standards
