Process Engineer - Hot Preparation

As a Process Engineer - Hot Preparation at Continental Tyres (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for converting product and manufacturing requirements into process specifications, monitoring and maintaining process performance, and continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce scrap. You will also be responsible for creating process-related documentation, participating in audits, and implementing corrective actions to reduce waste and improve quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 years experience in Tire manufacturing environment
• 3 years experience in relevant area eg. Mixing, Preparation, Extrusion, Building, Curing and Final Finish or Automotive industry Business.
• Project management knowledge
• Managed small group of employees over a period at least 2 years
• Ideally had exposure to international projects or worked in a cross culture environment
• Good command of English
