Production Activity Leader - Tires

Responsible for scrap handling in the Cutting Calandering Area, defines actions for short/mid/long term regarding the scrap handling, coaches and develops the team, and ensures that cleaning plan and layout is respected.

Requirements

• Three years experience in a similar role, in manufacturing
• Technical university
• Project management experience is a plus
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of quality procedures and systems
• Knowing and understanding the tire manufacturing process represents a plus
• Good knowledge of English language
• Microsoft Office
• Focused on data analysis
