Job Description
Support the Shopfloor Training department in maintaining training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders, while ensuring competency matrices and on-the-job records are current and audit-ready.
Requirements
- Degree student in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical) or HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage
- Comfortable working on shopfloor and communicating in English/BM
