Technical Program Manager - Logistics

This Contract position for a Technical Program Manager - Logistics is focused on building and standardizing logistics systems for autonomous ride-hailing companies. The role involves leading programs from R&D to high-volume production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while scaling logistics operations across various sites. Strong leadership, change management, and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or technical program management within high-scale industries.
• Proven expertise in leading large, complex, cross-functional logistics programs.
• Strong change management skills and a track record of driving organizational adoption.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse and material flow optimization, logistics engineering, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project and program management tools (i.e.SmartSheets, Microsoft Project) and ERP/WMS systems (SAP).
• Experience with cross-functional team management and tracking of projects/programs.
