AP Accountant

AP Accountant role responsible for accurate and timely recording of supplier invoices, ensuring vendors are paid in line with contractual terms and company policies. Works closely with Procurement, Operations and Maintenance teams, and Finance team to maintain a seamless procure-to-pay process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 - 4 years in Accounts Payable, general accounting, or a similar role
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with Rwanda tax regulations impacting supplier invoices
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Solid knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle and AP best practices
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to improve existing processes
