Job Description
Control Risks is seeking an Associate Director of Insider Risk to join their expanding team. This fee-earning consultant role involves marketing, selling, and delivering end-to-end consulting projects, including insider risk management programs, program development, and team leadership. The position requires a strong background in private industry insider risk mitigation and a commitment to collaboration with client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in insider risk, security, and risk management
- Strong experience with managing client engagements
- Experience mitigating IP theft and corporate espionage
- Excellent client relationship and project management skills
- Superior communication skills
