Job Description
As a Construction Integrated Operating Centre (IOC) Operator, you will support daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Support daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor site activities and report on performance against operational targets.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies specific to the construction environment.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of site activities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation regarding site operations, incidents, and compliance status.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety culture on-site.
