Senior Sales Professional

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to drive net new leads and market expansion across the UK and Europe. The role will create, convert, and scale new strategic corporate revenue streams by building a deep portfolio of direct clients and developing material commercial insight on audiences and sectors.

• Proven international new business/hunter capability
• Strategic, consultative sales approach
• Able to diagnose client needs, shape solution thinking, and create differentiated commercial propositions
• Able to develop and articulate compelling value narratives at the senior / C-suite level
• Comfortable operating pan-European across multiple sectors and multiple buyer types
