Manager, Capital Markets

This role supports Convergent's capital raising efforts and financial operations, including HoldCo/Mezzanine financing, non-recourse project financing, tax equity, and valuation analysis for a rapidly growing portfolio of assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or other engineering disciplines
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple high-pressure deadlines
