Job Description
E11 Bio is seeking an Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to provide support for operations, administration, and team coordination for a neuroscience moonshot initiative. This is a high-leverage role involving high-energy personality and a focus on organizational efficiency. They are working on a technology platform for scalable brain mapping and are looking for someone to help them run smoothly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative, office manager, or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Progression to operations/administration leadership.
