Job Description
Conviva is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing Platform and TLB Team. The role focuses on building a data processing system for in-memory computation of large-scale time-series data using technologies like Spark and Kafka. This includes designing, building, maintaining, and enhancing the platform to serve clients with real-time performance analytics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development of data processing products
- Engineering degree in software or equivalent from a premier institute
- Excellent knowledge of fundamental Computer Science concepts (algorithms, data structures)
- Proficiency in JVM and Scala/Java/Rust/Haskell/Erlang
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Flink, Kafka, Druid, HDFS)
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalability
