Job Description
Cool Tec is seeking a fully/part-time IT Support Specialist to maintain the functionality of its systems, facilitate smooth communication, and ensure documentation. The ideal candidate will be effective at resolving IT-related issues, keeping documentation updated, and providing clear explanations to colleagues. This role focuses on preventing IT stress and ensuring a reliable IT environment.
Requirements
- Successfully process and resolve IT-support requests.
- Keep IT documentation and inventory up-to-date.
- Experience in IT support or comparable roles (1st/2nd Level).
- Comfortable with Windows, Office 365 and typical hardware.
- Technical understanding, fast comprehension skills and a solution-oriented working style.
- Knowledge of complex topics and ability to explain them clearly.
- Enjoyment of documentation and order.
