Job Description
CoolGames is seeking a Senior Game Designer to shape the core progression and monetization systems of their free-to-play titles. This role involves designing and balancing games using systems and economies, optimizing player retention and revenue through data-driven decision-making. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate data into design changes, and coach other designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Game Designer within the mobile or web F2P industry
- Deep familiarity with top-grossing casual games and F2P mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience in mentorship or leadership (Bonus)
