Senior Game Designer - Systems & LiveOps (remote or on-site, full time)

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer who combines systems design and economy design expertise with LiveOps and product strategy to shape the core progression and monetization systems of our free-to-play titles while owning an events and content roadmap that boosts retention and revenue.

Requirements

• Define and maintain the systems design for core loops, progression, rewards and economy (sources/sinks, pacing, difficulty), ensuring they align with player needs and business goals
• Build and evolve a LiveOps strategy and content roadmap (events, seasonal mechanics, IAP offers and ad-driven promos) that drives engagement and revenue
• Design and implement in-game experiments (A/B tests, event variations) and use the results to inform design decisions; iterate so each update measurably improves retention and monetization
