We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting a major aviation infrastructure project in London. This role is responsible for establishing and managing project controls capability, enabling informed decision-making, and integrating cost, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience operating as a Project Controls Manager or Programme Controls Manager on large, complex construction or infrastructure programmes
- Experience working in aviation or other highly regulated environments
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills, including leading multi-disciplinary workshops to identify, manage, and mitigate project issues
- Experience managing and integrating project controls disciplines, including risk, planning, cost, change control, document control, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams of highly skilled specialists
- Strong working knowledge of project controls systems and digital reporting tools
