Job Description
Cooper Parry is seeking a Transaction Tax Senior Manager to lead complex projects for private equity and corporate clients, mentor a new team, and shape the team's strategic direction. The role involves advising investors, managing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. This is a dynamic position in a rapidly scaling Transaction Tax team.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience leading tax aspects of M&A transactions
- Strong communication and influencing skills
