Job Description
Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens, ensuring accuracy of dosing and optimal therapeutic regimens. Requirements
- 3-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Doctorate Degree Required
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligibility)
- PGY1 (or relevant oncology experience) preferred
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligibility within 2 years) is preferred
- PGY-1 (or clinically relevant oncology experience) is preferred
