Job Description
CooperVision is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive process optimization and improvement across the facility. This role involves leading projects, managing teams, and identifying opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements, supporting strategic technology development, and enhancing overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean, six sigma methodologies and be adept at operational excellence.
