Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Manager of Labor and Delivery (RN) for a top healthcare client in Corpus Christi, TX. This leadership role oversees daily operations of a 19-bed Labor and Delivery unit.

Requirements

• Manage the daily operations and clinical performance of the Labor and Delivery department.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation for nursing and support staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other clinical leaders to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as on-call leader for postpartum, antepartum, and labor/delivery units on a rotational basis.
• Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
