Nurse Manager of Surgical Services

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to oversee day-to-day operations within the Operating Room, ensuring high-quality patient-centered surgical care. The role involves leading a skilled perioperative team, managing staffing and budgets, and collaborating with hospital leadership to meet departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum of 5 years of RN-level Operating Room experience
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care OR leadership experience required
• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross required
• CNOR certification preferred
