The Workforce Development Program Manager & Career Coach will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Health Scholar program at a hospital or ambulatory care center client. The ideal candidate will have experience in student mentorship, program administration, and health care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of work experience
• Passion for student teaching, mentoring and development
• Strong project and people management skills
• Recruitment experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
