Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager in Malmö with drive and overview! As Operations Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the daily operation in Malmö, ensuring efficient and safe daily operation of the port's quay and ship operations.
Requirements
- Solid experience of leadership - preferably from operations level and the transport sector
- Competence in employee development and conflict management
- Negotiation experience and strong teamworking skills
- Good communication skills and understanding of Danish/Swedish
- IT skills (Office package, user level)
- B-Driving License
- Basic economic understanding
