Job Description
Copia Power is seeking a Manager, Interconnection to manage generation interconnection requests, coordinate application and study processes, and lead interconnection agreement negotiations. This role involves guiding the entire generation interconnection process from pre-application feasibility to EPC milestone management, focusing on utility scale projects like solar, energy storage, and natural gas. The position reports to the Director of Transmission & Interconnection and requires extensive knowledge of FERC processes and interconnection agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ professional experience in the renewable energy industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Project management software experience
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 25%
