Job Description
Copilot Money is seeking a Head of Engineering to partner closely with the CTO and lead the day-to-day management of the entire Engineering team. The role requires a strong engineering leader to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class product while evolving development practices to embrace AI-assisted engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- 4 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and multi-location teams
- Background in consumer product development
- Deep understanding of software development best practices
- Passion for building simple, elegant solutions
