As our first Customer Success Manager, you will report to the CEO and work closely with him and our Support and Sales team on client onboarding, retention, upsells, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success Manager role (or similar)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Experience in a customer-centric role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
