Job Description
Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a reliable Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) to support medical operations at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. This role involves repairing, calibrating, and maintaining medical equipment to ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services in a dynamic military setting. The BMET will work with a team of over 13,000 pieces of medical equipment.
Requirements
- Proof of US Citizenship
- Associate degree in biomedical equipment technology or engineering or 4 years experience as a Biomedical Equipment Repair Technician.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Biomedical Equipment Repair Technician
- Must be able to perform duties Monday through Friday for an 8.5-hour shift.
