Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a reliable Medical Appointment Clerk to support medical operations at a family medicine/primary care clinic in Norfolk, VA. This role involves scheduling appointments, processing eligibility, managing patient data, and ensuring smooth medical support service delivery. The position relies on the expertise of both government systems and protocols, as well as adherence to Health Lotteries standards.
Requirements
- Proof of US Citizenship
- High School Degree or General Educational Development (GED)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must have successfully completed training as a medical clerk, or have sufficient training.
