Requirements

• Conduct the mapping of site hazards and risks, and establish control measures for identified risks
• Implement global EHS and sustainability programs
• Coordinate EHS programs (PGR, PCMSO, Ergonomics, Waste Management, Emissions,...) to maintain compliance with applicable legal aspects
• Provide technical support to other departments in terms of EHS technical standards
• Manage the Industrial Process Safety Program
• Monitor site performance through performance indicators
• Participate and ensure the participation of the EHS team in other department programs
• Manage certification of ISO 45001 and 18001 standards
• Elaborate and implement training, education, and awareness programs
• Define and evaluate compliance with EHS standards, including for third-party companies
• Adhere to established Health, Safety, and Environment procedures
• Ensure the maintenance and correct use of safety equipment
• Report potential or actual deviations (incidents, near misses, observations/suggestions...)
• Participate in deviation analysis when called upon
• Have knowledge of hazards and risks, as well as aspects and impacts related to their activity, as well as control measures
• Dispose of waste properly
