As an Implementation Manager at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will lead customer through solution implementation following our implementation methodology, with a focus on achieving business objectives, being ultimately responsible for successful outcomes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, along with experience as a Project Manager leading software solution implementations (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Experience consulting directly with customers, managing SaaS (Software as a Service) projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Experience with web-based collaborative project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet’s, Monday, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create solution delivery methodologies and governance models
- Ability to mentor and develop team members towards professional development and career growth goals
- Demonstrated ability to interact with C-Suite Executives professionally, leading executive committees and communicating escalations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and communicate strategy, as well as design and execute plans to achieve strategic customer goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Time-management, decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Initiative, drive, willingness to learn, and the ability to innovate
- Comfortable experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
- The ability to travel up to 50% to Corcentric offices and customer sites
