Job Description
The Campaign Specialist is a vital resource to drive success for Cordial clients. This hands-on role works closely with marketing stakeholders and end-users to set up, QA, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, text, and app-based channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in email and digital operations with hands-on production experience
- Experience with HTML development, automated customer journeys, A/B testing, and audience queries
- Basic experience with design and editing tools like Figma, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with project & work management tools, e.g. Monday, Asana, JIRA
- Some expertise in customer databases or marketing platforms (ESP, CDP, CRM)
- Some knowledge of current regulations and compliance around communications and privacy (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL, GDPR, TCPA)
- Superior attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills
- Positive, customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and impeccable communication skills
