Job Description
CorDx is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage the flow and storage of all controlled documents within the organization. This role ensures accurate and up-to-date documents are available for employees, adhering to regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining the Master Control document management system, and compliance with quality processes.
Requirements
- Manage creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and administer the Master Control electronic document management system.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to implementation of best practices.
- Maintain communication of document updates.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
