Job Description
CorDx, a multi-national biotech organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards. The role involves managing daily manufacturing, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence, and mentoring production staff. CorDx focuses on rapid testing and point-of-care medical device solutions, particularly in infectious disease detection.
Requirements
- Manage daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee production schedules and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement and maintain GMP and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee team development and promote a safety-focused culture.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization techniques to enhance efficiency.
