Job Description
Core One is seeking a Special Technical Operations (STO) Planner to join their team and contribute to the development of analytical, operational, and technical solutions to national security challenges. This role involves planning, synchronizing, and assessing STO requirements within full-spectrum IO operations, advising on interdepartmental relationships, and managing the review process for STO, SAP, and sensitive activities plans. The position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Completion of the STO Planner’s Course and PDAS Users Course
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of direct STO experience at a Joint or Geographic Combatant Command HQ
- Experience in planning and integrating STO within campaign strategies and full-spectrum IO
- Familiarity with SAP, ACCM, and Sensitive Activities protocols
- Strong understanding of JOPP, JOPES, and Joint Doctrine
