Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth, strengthen physician partnerships, and expand clinical utilization within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales or business development and a proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets in a healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Extensive background in healthcare sales or business development
- Relevant categories include (but are not limited to): Medical device sales, Healthcare Management Service Organizations, Hospital systems or ambulatory networks, Large physician groups or specialty practices
- Proven success in roles focused on physician recruitment, business growth, or provider engagement
Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
- Commission plan based on net patient revenue generated from new physicians for 12 months, plus additional commissions for expanding case volume with targeted existing physicians
