Job Description
Our firm is seeking a skilled and strategic Litigation Attorney to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of litigation experience, including trial preparation, courtroom experience, and strong client advocacy.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of the litigation process, from case inception through trial or settlement
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and legal guidance
- Work closely with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases
