Job Description
The Paralegal will assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence, and will conduct legal research and summarize findings. The role will also involve managing discovery processes, coordinating depositions and trial exhibits, and maintaining case files. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys, other paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in civil litigation
- 1–5+ years of experience supporting defense litigation matters
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with document management systems, e-filing, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
