Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Subrogation Specialist to join our personal injury team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lien resolutions, handling medical and insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in subrogation, lien resolution, or medical billing in personal injury or a related field.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations is required.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal and medical billing software and tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
