CRM and FSM Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a System Implementation Manager who can take real operational needs and translate them into well-built, reliable system workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, leadership, and field teams to turn business requirements into practical system setups, clean data structures, and clear workflows.

Requirements

• Three or more years experience implementing or supporting FSM, ERP, or CRM systems such as Zuper, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Acumatica, or similar.
• Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and custom properties or objects.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred but not required).
• Understanding of API integrations and how data flows across multiple systems.
• Ability to map and document business processes with clarity.
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
