We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team, managing personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase, drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements. The role involves drafting comprehensive demand letters, managing cases from client intake through to settlement negotiations, and working closely with U.S. law firms to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in AI tools.
