Commis

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis to assist our chefs in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests. As a Commis, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, while working well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Commis or in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required
