CoreWeave is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Programs to own and evolve the company's Operations strategy while leading the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership within infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth technology environments
- Demonstrated experience owning both strategy development and end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a PMO or strategic programs function
- Experience translating ambiguous or early-stage ideas into structured operating plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and operational planning capabilities, including portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and program governance
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to sequence, resource, and execute large-scale initiatives
- Ability to influence and align senior leaders across technical, operational, legal, and government-facing teams
- Experience improving operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline
