Corporate Attorney

Corgan is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their Dallas office and support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel. The role involves overseeing commercial contract negotiations, assisting with M&A deals, conducting legal research, providing counsel on corporate structure, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The attorney will be a key member of the legal team, responsible for ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a corporate legal team or as a transactional attorney
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Strong time-management skills
