Requirements

• Degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in commercial design; aviation experience strongly preferred or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects.
• Revit proficiency and technical excellence
• Understanding of how a drawing set goes together
• Understanding of building and accessibility codes
• Experience coordinating with a variety of consultants and contractors
• Professional registration
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading projects teams
• Ability to translate design concepts and information into images
