Requirements

• Degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in commercial design
• 5+ years of experience in Multifamily construction (Type III or Type V preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit
• Thorough understanding of construction practice and standards
• Attention to detail and design acumen
• Understanding of building and accessibility codes
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
• Fluent communication and organizational skills
